The fit call
We talk. You tell us about your business or your situation, what's frustrating you, and what you want out of a CPA. We tell you straight whether we can help and roughly what it would cost. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
We look at your numbers
If it makes sense to keep going, we take a quick look at your last return, your books, and your entity setup. This is where we usually spot the first few things your old CPA missed. You get a clear picture before you commit to anything.
Onboarding
You sign a simple engagement letter that spells out the scope and the fee. We connect to your QuickBooks and payroll, get access to what we need, and clean up anything that's behind. Most onboarding wraps in the first few weeks.
The monthly rhythm
Once we're running, every month looks the same, in a good way. We close your books, send you clean financials, and meet to walk through what the numbers are telling you. No more waiting until year-end to find out where you stand.
Tax planning during the year
This is the part most firms skip. We run a projection of where your taxes are headed and build a plan to lower the bill while there's still time. Entity moves, retirement, timing, the works. You'll know the rough number months before it's due.
Filing, with no surprises
When tax time comes, there's nothing to dread. We've already done the planning, the books are clean, and the number is close to what we told you it would be. We file, you sign, done.
